What’s included
- A fixed number, in writing. Agreed before anyone starts, and it doesn’t move afterwards.
- You own all of it. Code, accounts, domain and passwords are yours from day one.
- The person who quotes you builds it. No account manager passing your problem to somebody you never meet.
- A link from week one. You watch it get built instead of seeing it at the end.
- We’ll tell you not to build it. If fixing what you’ve got is the better answer, you get that answer.

Because the alternative is making you book a call to find out if we’re in your range, and that wastes your morning and ours. The bands are what real jobs have cost. If yours is bigger or smaller, the first call sorts that out in twenty minutes.
It’s the floor, and it’s honest. What moves the number is what the thing has to do: how many systems it talks to, how much of your old data has to come across, how much of it we host afterwards. You get one written figure before anyone starts, and that one doesn’t move.
No. The number you’re quoted is the number you pay, and it’s fixed in writing before anyone starts.

Usually. We look at it first and tell you honestly whether it’s worth fixing or worth replacing. Sometimes the honest answer costs us the bigger job.
No. Most of our clients are small and medium South African businesses. We take a few on at a time so nobody sits in a queue.
