A high-volume consumer-electronics retailer had outgrown an off-the-shelf store. Stock lived across multiple warehouses, courier selection was manual, and the operations team ran the business out of spreadsheets that drifted out of sync with the site.
What we built
We rebuilt the storefront on a bespoke WooCommerce foundation with live multi-warehouse stock, so the site never sells what is not there. A custom courier router picks between Pep Paxi and The Courier Guy on rules the business controls, and a purpose-built back-office replaced the spreadsheets.
The client is named on request, under NDA. Verified results are shared the same way rather than posted as headline numbers.
