Omnitronix distributes vehicle diagnostics equipment, and like most distributors it ran on systems that did not talk to each other. Orders, stock and sales each lived in their own silo, and the gaps between them were filled by people copying numbers from one screen to another.
What we built
We built the integration layer that ties the legacy ERP to the modern sales and inventory tools the team actually uses. Data now moves on its own, with two-way sync, sensible retry logic, and a clear record of what changed and when.
The result is less manual work, fewer transcription errors, and a single view of the business that updates in real time rather than at month-end. Specific figures are shared under NDA on request.
